Beach Chicken Coop is the only HottArt Puzzle design currently offered for online purchase. It ships from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China through a third-party cross-border carrier to supported street addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Other designs displayed on this site are previews and cannot be ordered.

One box costs $39 plus $9.90 shipping. Two boxes cost $78 with free shipping. Each order is limited to two boxes. The final total is shown before payment.

We aim to hand an accepted order to the carrier within two business days after payment and provide tracking when available. Estimated transit is about 20 business days after dispatch, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs processing, weather and carrier delays can extend delivery. If the carrier has not recorded an acceptance scan within three business days after handoff, we will investigate and update you within one business day.

If tracking shows no delivery by the end of the 25th business day after payment, you may choose a replacement or full refund. If tracking clearly shows a customs hold, we may ask whether you prefer to wait up to five additional business days. Waiting is your choice: if you decline or do not reply, your day-25 remedy remains available. If you agree to wait but the parcel is still undelivered by the end of the 30th business day after payment, you may choose a replacement or full refund. We will promptly resolve a parcel that is lost or cannot be booked without asking you to wait until day 25. We initiate the chosen remedy within two business days after the decision; a payment provider may take additional time to post a refund. This does not limit earlier rights under applicable law or your payment provider's rules.

If a carrier asks you to pay an unexpected import charge at delivery, or you need to correct an address, contact hottartpuzzle@outlook.com before paying or as soon as possible. We will investigate and resolve the issue, including a refund where we cannot deliver under the displayed terms.
